What is the New Mexico Call Center Partner Group?

The New Mexico Call Center Partner Group (NMCCPG) is comprised of a group of local industry leaders providing guidance and advice on connecting local employers and local job seekers within the Call Center Industry. 

The Role of the NMCCP Member

As a member of the Call Center Partner Group, you will assist in providing:

  • The latest trends and information on what is going on in the local call center industry
  • Share employer perspectives with job seekers about the nature of employment in our industry
  • Share career advice with individuals interested in long-term careers in our industry

General Expectations of the Group Members:

  • Attend three out of four meetings per year
  • Attend a community event to share your knowledge if requested
  • Continue to display leadership qualities and your commitment to the community.

  • Review and implement recommendations in a timely fashion

Meetings

Our meetings will be carefully planned and organized in order to maximize your time. We will send a reminder email one week before each meeting to all members. The meetings will follow an agenda and will be about two hours. Agenda’s will be emailed out to all partner members at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.

Community Spirit:  Looking for a job is a daunting and scary task for many job seekers. Finding a career in a field one loves is just as challenging. The NMCCPG members will have the opportunity to directly impact job seekers lives through this role.

Networking: Being a part of this select group of individuals will provide our members a great opportunity to meet other industry leaders whether they are Direct Employers or Government agency and Education representatives.

Professional Development: Professional development is an integral part of being a Leader. As this role within this group is an individual and volunteer membership, you will continue to build on your current savvy in regard to:

  • Business Skills
  • Public Relations Skills
  • Writing Skills 
  • Speaking Skills
  • HR Knowledge
